I was so excited when Lexie reached out to me for their family photos again. I got to work with them last year for their family photos and they came and visited Dubuque this year for their photos and had a new addition to the family!  We explored the river walk on a windy day, but had such a blast with these guys! Adam + Kristen - Dubuque, IA Engagement Photos

I was meeting Kristen and Adam for the first time at their engagement photos and I was so excited! They are such a fun and laid back couple and even thought it was a little chilly and the wind was relentless, they were rockstars! I loved hearing more about their story as we explored the Millhouse District and the Mines of Spain, thoroughly enjoying the fall colors.  

I am so looking forward to their big day next year, but until then enjoy a preview of their engagement photos!

The Saunders Family - Madison, WI Family Photography

Little Miss Ivy celebrated her first birthday yesterday and what better way to celebrate than to check out photos from her one year photoshoot! She was all smiles as we explored a pumpkin patch and apple orchard.  We captured her smiles, some family photos and just some photos of mom and dad too!

Andrea + Luke - The Wedding

I had been looking forward to Andrea + Luke's wedding since the first day we met at the cafe in Algoma. I knew it was going to be a special celebration and that doesn't even begin to describe their wedding day. 

I had the opportunity to work on a slideshow project for Andrea + Luke in addition to photographing their wedding, where I got to interview their friends and family. I loved every minute of it because I got to meet their friends and family and hear so many wonderful things about this fantastic couple.  There were so many similarities in what everyone said; they are both kind, hardworking, compassionate and loyal friends who will do anything for you. They are all that and so much more, and it was truly a privilege to get to know them and photograph the celebration of their love. 

They put so much effort into all the little details of their wedding, and Andrea's beautiful handwriting was everywhere! Andrea + Luke, thank you for being such a thoughtful couple and for giving me the honor of photographing your wedding. Hope you guys had a fabulous honeymoon and hope you enjoy this flashback to your beautiful day!
