Noah + Lisa - Eagle Ridge Resort + Spa Wedding, Galena, IL

Lisa + Noah's wedding day was extraordinary in every aspect.  I arrived at the house in the Galena Territory to a totally calm, cool and collected bride to be where I was welcomed with warm greetings and hugs like I was one of the family. Both Lisa + Noah's families were so kind and welcoming of me and it was so fun getting to know them.  

Lisa spent the morning relaxing with her family and close friends, enjoying the beautiful morning with anticipation building up to the moment she would get to see Noah. It was an absolutely gorgeous day and as Lisa slipped into her custom bridal gown we all knew Noah would be in awe during their first look because she was one stunner of a bride!

This day was not about two families coming together, as Lisa + Noah's families have been friends for years, long before they even started dating.  The day was about one big family coming together to celebrate two very special individuals who were officially starting their forever together and the excitement was evident in all those who were in attendance. 

Lisa + Noah said "I do" in a  beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Galena.  The reception was decorated beautifully and they had a fabulous band that kept the dance floor packed from the moment they started playing!

Lisa + Noah, it was so fun getting to know you both and I hope you enjoy this peek back into your wedding day!

Kasse + Brandon Wedding ~ Oak Hill Weddings

As I was getting ready to leave Kasse + Brandon's wedding on Saturday, Kasse said to me "I think it was meant to be..." and she could not have been more right.  At that moment we were talking about how the weather was on our side that day, but their whole day was meant to be just as it was - a beautiful wedding between two amazing individuals, surrounded by people who were so unbelievably excited for them you could feel it in the air.  

When I arrived on Saturday morning, both Brandon and Kasse were both so calm and relaxed.  A high chance of thunderstorms was around us all day, but neither Kasse nor Brandon let that affect the most beautiful day of their lives.  Their laid back personalities made this wedding day run so smoothly and they never missed a beat. 

Kasse was a STUNNING bride, seriously..STUNNING! They each wrote their own vows and it was a beautiful ceremony, and after the ceremony the sun even came out! Kasse and Brandon gave me so much time to work with them for photos, which was perfect because Oak Hill Weddings has a ton of perfect little spots for photos.  Mother Nature stayed on our side...and just like Kasse said, it was just meant to be :)

Kasse + Brandon, I had an absolute blast capturing your wedding day and hanging out with your friends and family. I hope the big move went well on Sunday!
